I have been taking an online photography course this week, and really enjoying it. Finally, I’m learning what all those buttons and dials do on my Canon. I am still somewhat mystified by f-stops (they seem to be some kind of backwards mathematical thing?) but I think with practice, they will become clearer to me.
Today, we got real, fluffy snow for the first time in Warsaw, and so I bundled up and went out to shoot in Lazienka park. Homework, you know!
The lake is almost completely frozen.
Brrr…Bacchus at the palace.Very tempting to ice skate on these little streams…Someone is always feeding the birds in the park. And the birds definitely know where their next meal is coming from.Quiet and mysterious under a blanket of snow.As always, lots of babies being taken out for air. When it rains or snows, Polish babies live in plastic stroller bubbles. The Three Graces. The Chinese pavilion needs to be seen in color, I think.
Amazing photos! Looks like your photography lessons are going very well 🙂

V stops not backwards. They are fractions. 1/11 is bigger than 1/16. But who wants to say 1/11 all the time. 😉
